This section explains how our delivery process works, including timing, coverage areas, and what to expect after placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, we start preparing it right away to get it to you fresh and on time.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver within Egypt. If you are outside Egypt, please contact us via email.
3. Delivery Time
- Cairo: 1–3 working days
- Outside Cairo: 3–7 working days (may vary)
4. Delivery Fees
Calculated at checkout based on location.
5. Failed Delivery
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to complete your order. If the customer does not respond after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled. We may attempt re-delivery once based on availability. Repeated failed deliveries may result in:
- Future orders requiring prepaid payment
- Restriction of Cash on Delivery option
